Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and oversee the implementation of the Crisis Management and Emergency Response Plan across the organization.
  • Coordinate and monitor exercises, drills, and simulations with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high levels of preparedness and integration.
  • Maintain and update the crisis management manual and all related documentation to meet regulatory and industry standards.
  • Approve initial and final crisis/emergency reports, including lessons learned and recommendations.
  • Identify training needs, deliver workshops and seminars, and ensure effectiveness of crisis-related training programs.
  • Enhance crisis, emergency, and business continuity capabilities across the organization.
  • Monitor the development of Business Continuity Plans and provide guidance to departments.
  • Support departments in establishing contingency plans aligned with risk scenarios.
  • Participate in Business Continuity meetings, workshops, and audits.
  • Contribute to Health & Safety program development, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies, authorities, and government agencies regarding crisis updates, permits, and regulations.
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of safety processes, policies, and procedures.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Aeronautical Science, Safety or a related field.
  • Crisis Management and ERP certification (preferred / advantage).
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in the aviation industry.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Safety Management.
  • Strong knowledge of GACARs, ICAO SARPs, IATA SARPs.
  • Strong knowledge of Safety Management Systems (SMS).
  • Solid expertise in Crisis Management & Emergency Response.
  • Good knowledge of Business Continuity frameworks.
